The library offers limited notary public services.
Notary services are available on Mondays from 10 am – 4:00 pm.
This is a free walk-in service available to all; no appointments are required.
We urge the public to please call the library at 914-631-7734 before visiting to arrange for a document to be notarized.
Documents must be signed in front of the notary public. People should come in with a valid government-issued ID with a photo and a signature, as well as their unsigned document.
Warner Library does not notarize Deeds, Wills, Living Wills, Living Trusts, or Codicils.
If witnesses are required, you must provide your own witnesses.

La Biblioteca Warner no puede ofrecer servicios notariales a personas que solo hablan español. Las personas que buscan servicios notariales deben poder comunicarse claramente en inglés con el notario. La ley del estado de Nueva York prohíbe el uso de un traductor para los servicios notariales.
Cualquier persona que busque servicios de notario debe poder nombrar su documento y jurar que está firmando con veracidad y sin coacción en inglés.
