If you do not already have a Westchester County Library card you can register for one in person at the Warner Library. Warner Library serves all those who live or work in the Villages of Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow. Proof of residence or work location is required at registration.
A Westchester Library System card is valid at all Westchester libraries.
If you cannot make it into the library to register for a card you can call us at 631-7734 or email tarcirc@wlsmail.org to inquire about getting a card mailed to you.
