The Little Gardens of Tarrytown and the Phillipse Manor Garden Club, in collaboration with Warner Library, will be hosting a presentation by Eugena Pilek Swart, titled Lyndhurst Renewed: Restoring a Historic Landscape.
This presentation will highlight the history of the Lyndhurst landscape, its botanical wonders, the challenges of invasive plant species, and provide an overview of the extensive and varied restoration projects currently being executed.
Eugena Pilek Swart is the Curator of Historic Landscapes at Lyndhurst, a National Trust for Historic Preservation site in Tarrytown.
