Call Me By Your Name offers a sensual and transcendent portrayal of first love, in all its fumbling, awkward, confusing, terrifying, joyous glory.

 

Based on the 2007 novel of the same name by André Aciman, Call Me By Your Name depicts a romantic relationship between 17-year-old Elio Perlman and Oliver, the graduate-student hired as his father's research assistant set in the Northern Italian countryside during the summer of 1983.

 

Directed by Luca Guadagnino
